AL pillar skirt in black chalk stretch denim from Rick Owens FW24 Porterville runway. This al pillar skirt is ankle-length with a tight fit. It has an extra high waist and seams curving over the hips, and down the front leg, to the hem. It is tight to the knee and then flares into a fishtail train at centre back and has a raw cut hem.

This lightweight stretch denim is covered with a matte and dry chalk coating. The indigo color and structure of the denim shines through the color of the coating creating a multilayered and irregular coloration.

The natural aspects of this fabric means the coating has peeled off in certain areas, exposing the underlaying material and will continue to do so with wear and abrasion. This is an inherent characteristic of this type of treatment and is a desired a visual aspect which adds to the uniqueness of each piece and should not be considered a defect.
